Many industrial products are manufactured overseas, and many US-made products are in demand internationally. Energrid Systems coordinates both directions of that trade for business customers.
We are a sourcing and procurement coordination company. We do not own ships, trucks or warehouses, and we are not a licensed customs broker. Ocean, rail and truck transportation, customs clearance and warehousing are performed by qualified third-party service providers engaged for each shipment, and we coordinate between them, the supplier and your team.
Some products and destinations may require additional review or export licensing before an order can be accepted.

Import and Export Services
International Supplier Sourcing
We identify and qualify overseas manufacturers and suppliers for products that are unavailable, back-ordered or uncompetitive domestically, and compare their offers on specification, landed cost and lead time.
Import Procurement Coordination
From purchase order to arrival, we coordinate the commercial side of an import: supplier communication, production follow-up, inspection arrangements and shipping releases.
Export Sales Inquiries
International buyers can request US-sourced electrical, steel, renewable energy and industrial products. We source domestically and quote on agreed Incoterms. Export inquiries are reviewed against applicable US export control and sanctions requirements.
Commercial Documentation Coordination
We coordinate commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and product documentation with suppliers, and provide them to the customs brokers and forwarders handling the shipment.
Ocean Freight and Intermodal Logistics Coordination
Ocean freight (FCL, LCL and breakbulk) and intermodal rail moves are booked and performed by qualified freight forwarders and carriers. We coordinate schedules, bookings and status between the supplier, the service provider and your team.
Port and Rail-Ramp Delivery Coordination
We coordinate pickup and delivery at US ports and inland rail ramps with the drayage and trucking providers engaged for the shipment, so cargo moves on to its destination without unnecessary delay.
Domestic Distribution Arrangements
After arrival, we arrange final-mile delivery to your facility, job site or distribution point through qualified domestic carriers and third-party warehousing where required.
Importing Into the United States
Tell us the product, specification, quantity and delivery location. We will identify suitable international sources and quote a delivered price with the logistics arranged through qualified providers.
Buying From the United States
International buyers can send an export inquiry with the product, quantity, destination country and preferred Incoterms. We will source domestically and confirm availability, pricing and shipping options.
